Our history is not a date list. Each stage changed how we work today: product discipline in 2017, service delivery maturity in 2020, Odoo specialization in 2024 and applied AI capability from late 2024.

A distinguished leader in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry, Pradeep Rajan currently serves as CEO at Jersey Group, Qatar. With a history of successful managerial and leadership roles and a strong interest in technology, he founded LINKS4ENGG in 2017 to develop the meplinks.com e-commerce platform. His strategic insight continues to guide the company's sustained growth.

With more than 35 years of experience across electronics, computer hardware and software, Anil has held key positions at Fischer International, HCL, IESL, Verifone and InApp. He brings deep expertise in Generative AI, NLP, data lakes, Spark-based big data and AWS and Azure cloud services, with programming experience in Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, C++, PHP and JavaScript.

Arun Gopalakrishnan
Arun brings more than 15 years of IT leadership experience across the Middle East and India. With a foundation in Electronics and Telecommunication, he is a certified Workday Implementation Specialist who has led manufacturing software initiatives for the MEP industry, financial-domain projects and home automation work. He now leads sales and marketing while helping customers plan and implement Odoo ERP solutions.
